Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use Enpix, we may collect the images you upload, the processing settings you choose, processing status, and result information. To run the service, enforce limits, and protect it from abuse, we may also log your IP address, browser type, device information, and necessary request data. Google sign-in creates account, credit, and task records.

How we use data

Uploaded images and processing settings are used only to perform the image operation you request and return its result. IP and browser data support sessions, free quotas, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not use your images to train models, and we do not sell your images or personal data.

Storage and retention

Source images, generated results, and related information for submitted tasks are stored privately and available for 7 days from task creation. Uploads not submitted for processing expire after 24 hours. Expired files and task records are then removed by scheduled cleanup. Account, credit, and security records may be kept while the account is active or as needed to provide the service and prevent abuse. After account deletion, images are removed immediately; other personal data is generally deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except payment, tax, or dispute records that must be retained by law.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare R2 for private image storage, Supabase for accounts and database services, and KIE AI to process the images and settings needed for your requested operation. We may use Google Analytics for aggregated website analytics. If paid features are enabled, Stripe processes payment-related information. The 7-day and 24-hour periods above apply to files and task records managed by Enpix. Copies and logs held by third-party providers follow their own retention rules.

Cookies

Enpix uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions, language preferences, anonymous trial limits, and security. Analytics cookies are used only if the relevant feature is enabled and consent is required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, quota tracking, or processing from working correctly.

With your analytics consent, we keep source domains, UTM source/medium/campaign labels and public landing-page paths in your browser for up to 30 days. On sign-in or registration, these labels are linked to your Enpix account to measure acquisition and purchase conversion. We do not collect full referrer URLs, advertising click IDs, images or task links for attribution. Account attribution is retained until account deletion. Withdrawing consent stops new collection and clears browser attribution; you may request deletion of previously saved records.

Your rights

You may request access to, deletion of, or an export of your data. Signed-in users can use the account deletion page, or contact us below for an access or export request. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and will handle requests as required by applicable law.
